"A preview of a project I'm working on alongside Beyond Typus, Part 5.5 (bonus).

As already revealed, there will be new unit types featuring in the earlier start addon, and a comprehensive rebalancing of the current ones to accomodate the extended timeframe. It is still early on in the project and much is left to be decided and tested, but let's take a look at the current draft of artillery, for example.

Vanilla has 12 types of artillery spread out over 9 tiers (tech levels) from 1492 to 1790. This project will expand that to 25 artillery types over 16 tiers from XXXX to 1850. Above is a sample of a few of these."

At least not initially, no. It'd be great to see this, but that sort of thing would require the talents of a dedicated artist, which I certainly am not.

I was wondering if anyone would catch that, congratulations! That was my sneaky little reveal, I was curious if anyone was paying attention =D.

The Grand Duchy of Lithuania will be overhauled in 10.0. I'll release a better preview of that (probably, if I have time) as release gets a bit closer.

This upcoming addon is looking interesting as more previews come out for it since it is more than just a bookmark addon. Btw, is it just me, or did you add new provinces to the "Dnieper Region"? For some reason the region looks different to me province wise.
