Ill try to keep this guide nice and short whilst giving you the best information. Your goal should be to use the max amounts of props you have ( 45 ) to block off any entrances to your base. Here you or anyone else can get creative with their designs but just be sure to follow rules.

I've seen quite a lot of bases on the map and I can certainly say these are my favorites :

This one is best for solo players or a faction of two to three members. Its small and compact and you would only have to defend one entrance.



Well this one is for more hardcore players, its quite large and it has more than one entrances to the base. I really recommend to base here if you have a full faction.



I can't tell you enough how I love this one, it only has one entrances but its so large, you can fit a whole faction and still have extra space!

There is a vast majority of props you could use for your props but I recommend to select ones that would fit your base, you don't want anything extra cutting through a wall ( you would be at a disadvantage, a raider could easily cut your props if they know what they're doing. ) Most of the time I tend to use metal_plate4x4 which can be found here



Another thing, MAX HP of a prop is 1080, to figure out how much hp your prop has you should go to Q menu->Basewars->Base and buy a hardness tester.



Once you have one just take it out and hover over a prop with it. If your prop has 1080 then you should be good.



There are a lot of props with 1080 hp but there are other kinds with lower hp ( I really recommend to no go for these ) for example this prop only has 340 hp.

Now the actual building part, the first thing you should do is spawn a prop and position it against your base entrance.



Next up, head over to the Q menu and find the Precision tool and increase the Push/Pull Amount ( I tend to go for 50.0000 for starters, later it will be changed. )



Now with the Precision tool you should spam right click until your prop is inside of your entrance ( Make sure nothing is escaping from your entrance it could be used against you. ) If you pushed your prop way too far you can click R to pull the prop towards you.



Once you're done with the first prop you should go back to the Q menu and find the Stacker - Improved tool, the direction you should pick will be shown when you hover over the prop with the tool. Now here you could get creative but I recommend if you're a newbie just do a simple propblock base. ( Make sure you have the "Weld Stacked Props" option ticked off. )



When your base is complete you should go to the Q menu and find the Advanced Duplicator 2 and right click anywhere on your props. It will copy all 45 props ( IF you welded them with the stacker - improved tool. ) Then you should open the "Advanced Duplicator 2" folder right click and save. The next time you wanna base you can just open that copy and Select the option "Paste at original position." and you will have the exact same base you just built.

You wont be needing any keypads ( They're not necessary but you can still have them if you really want to. ) Just go to Q menu and find Fading Doors Tool



start spamming away at your props until all of them are faded. You can copy the settings as shown. Your end results should look like this.



And this is how it should look like unfaded.

If you went with the option of having keypads then you should follow this step. The Access Granted Key must have the same button binded as your Fading Door and since we used t for the fading door then we shall use t for the Keypad as well. ( You can copy the same settings as I am using, change access password if you want to. ).



Once you ticked and filled everything up you can go ahead and place the keypads outside and inside of your base ( Just make sure they're near your doors. )
