Enough Money and XP

Opis
Use the skip loader and a container in the middle of the surface to unload it but do not let it go. Then you drive away one piece and then do it again. This will give you just over 15 million 'money' and enough XP.

Aight so, to use it, you start the job, then drive your deposit tipper to the material shop, buy a container from the equipment tab, (It's basically an early game way to move dirt around), then pick it up with the deposite tipper, drive it to the site, drive to the center of the site, then back out, that'll get your first half, then just do it again to get the second half.
