Introduction
I was in an MGE fight earlier with my friend, and noticed I was losing a lot. I then tried testing out a theory that if I was calm, I would be better at the game. I then stopped tensing my legs, took deep breaths and other things. Surprisingly, I did much better. I've decided to share that knowledge with everyone.
Stop tensing your body
Tensing your body, especially your arms and legs, is a normal cause for being stressed and uneasy. To stop this, simply don't.

-Take deep breaths. It's easier to control yourself when you take deep breaths.
-Practice this. You can't do it off the top of your head.
-Try it in combat. It isn't impossible, but it serves a challenge for getting past this part.
Imagine nobody's there
Knowing somebody is in an area blows your calmness and makes you aware. So don't. Instead of realizing the enemy is there, simply go on your merry way. If push comes to shove, act as if you're shooting air and there's no danger around you.

-Act casually, but be subconscious. Write a mental note down that there's someone in that specific area, in which you will look at that location every 15-20 seconds, without being too frightened.
Do something that calms you
If you're in need of a break, take this time to reflect on your past mistakes and miracles, while doing something that makes you calm. Does cooking make you calm? Do that. Does punching something make you calm? Do that. Does murdering the Joestar bloodline make you calm? Do that- wait no

-Try putting a small pillow beside you to hit with your fist. I've noticed it's really efficient instead of walking all the way from your chair to your bed to hit a pillow.
-Don't smash your keyboard. Hitting hard objects makes you more prone to agro, and you don't want to break your own keys.
