Features:
- New Gensokyo region with 98 provinces (some of them are generic ones terribly named by me),
- New Touhou culture group with a few cultures and 3 Touhou religions,
- 24 playable countries (1 formable),
- Touhou Loading screens,
- 2 new government types.
- Institution spread in developed provinces:
>1 point a year > 20 dev
>2 point a year > 30 dev
>5 point a year > 40 dev
- 3 new trade nodes

To be added:
- More bookmarks and progresion of history in Gensokyo,
- National ideas for countries,
- Advisor portraits with touhou characters,
- Random and story events:
>Oni in either former capital or returning to the mountain
>Seija's rebelion
>Major crisis of lunarian invasion
- Missions for most important countries,
- Maybe something more i forgot or from Suggestions.

Some things like province names, development or placement of countries can differ from Touhou canon (I hope noone is going to hate me for this) but most of these are a full intentional features (MOST NOT ALL) made to secure not bad and not boring gameplay
for instance the "Generic" provinces - The more provinces the better!
Altho this project was mainly me learning how to edit map in EU IV i will support it as long as i can because i am a huge fan of Touhou!

Most of the country flags are from "Kingdom of gensokyo" mod for ck2 so i didn't made them (tell me if you have any issue with that)
