Anguirus (PS4)

ATTENTION, READ THIS CAREFULLY: This is a reupload. I did not make this, Ultimo did. I can not, and will not make what you tell me to, as I have virtually no experience in porting other than basic props like the Gotengo.

At long last, we finally have an excellent model for Anguirus, ripped and ported straight from the PS4 Godzilla game by Ultimo! This model for Anguirus represents his most popular design as featured in the Showa era films from Destroy All Monsters through to Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla.

A giant Ankylosaur species hitherto unknown to science, Anguirus's kind was a natural rival to Godzilla's species in the distant past. In 1955, just one year after Godzilla made himself known to the world, an Anguirus would emerge, and the two made no hesitation in starting up their deadly rivalry once again. Battling their way across Japan, Anguirus and Godzilla clashed in a climactic battle that raged through the city of Osaka. Anguirus fought well, but sadly fell to Godzilla's superior strength.

Despite this apparent rivalry in his first film appearance, other individuals of Anguirus's kind have gone on to be considerably more friendly, as seen in Destroy All Monsters, which introduced the concept of Anguirus being a close friend of the King of the Monsters, rather than a mortal enemy. From that point on, Anguirus's status in the franchise was more or less secured; Godzilla now had a new best friend.

Mutated Ankylosaurus

In the year of 1955, this mutated Ankylosaurus awoken at the same time as the coming of the second generation Gojira, and the two of them were discovered locked in combat. After a fierce battle, Gojira seemingly killed the mutant Ankylosaurus by ripping out his throat and burning the corpse. However, much later, another Anguirus would appear and oddly would form a sort of friendship with Godzilla, and has since then, been one of his trusted allies.

The model itself is based on the suit used in the 1968 classic "Destroy All Monsters". Comes in four sizes and is gmod compatible.
