Twin Welders (Formerly #358112540)

This is a re-upload of the original DX-11 Twin Welders mod (steam #358112540) which disappeared from the workshop on 7-20-2018. These welders have a higher base component cost, but a larger effect radius.

Updated blocks to current standards of functionality. Should now appear in Ship Tools / Block Tools properly.
Slightly adjusted block recipe to align with 2x basic block cost, in line with all other Twin tools.
Large grid twin welder PCU should now be properly calculated at 200, identical to small grid.

Updated GUI entries to conform with updated KSWH formats.

Added new "SensorRadius" property to block definition (required by 1.187.2 update)
Updated "SensorRadius" to 7.76 (large) and 4.8 (small), to restore previous effect radii.
Updated "DamageEffectName", "DamagedSound", "Flare", "DestroyedEffect" and "DestroyedSound" properties to align with effects used by vanilla welder blocks.

As the original mod has not returned to the workshop, I am currently undertaking to update this mod with PCU values to bring it into compliance with the current version of SE.

This mod provided unaltered so that existing worlds and creations may continue to function, and will be removed if the original returns in a timely fashion.
