The Dark Sub is own by ruthless clones who were outcast for wanting to be class as normal humans , so they stole a Venator ship and out to the far reachies of space where they can't be found, from there they started a new clone empire known as the Shadow Dragons also they stolen the cloning technology making their own mix match clones of alsorts.
