So inorder for Russia to be formed a few provinces has to be owned,

"owns its core provinces Moskva (295) and Novgorod (310).
owns and cores either Smolensk (293) or Ryazan (301).
owns and cores either Tver (294) or Yaroslavl (308).
owns and cores either Nizhny Novgorod (306) or Vladimir (307)."
Which is suprisingly easy to do aswell but to cuck them out of it is even easier to do. Simply take Novgorod and they won't expand eastwards since the siberian frontiers (or colonist without Third Rome dlc) are for russian ideas, not muscovite. Muscovy might expand into the steppes down south but thats pretty much it.

Nations this is easy to do as:

Poland, Lithuania or PLC
Any of the Scandinavians
Livonian Order

As the PLC it is the easiest since you are almost bordering Novgorod (the province, not the nation you dumbo)

So what's the real point of doing this? If you do it to a friend they won't be your friend for much longer. If you do it to an AI what's the point of playing?
