1. Subscribe and download the mod.

2. Download and correctly install ShellModifier mod here:
http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/workshop/filedetails/?id=1139595360
(if you already have - > go to next point)

3. Go to:
...\steamapps\common\POSTAL2Complete\System
and open ShellModifier.ini, then paste into him these lines:

;--Acta2 petition
Plugins=class'Acta2Petition.sM_Acta2PetitionPlugin'

4. Also save the Internet with Postal Dude!
