Works best with Utimate Eyecandy mod (by reducing brightness), or else it will be too blue (visual issue, no need for UE if you can live with it).

OUE Bayfront is an office building located in the Central Business District of Singapore.

I have tried very hard to reduce the blueness, but, the game keep trying to read really dark blue as light blue. I have no idea why.
