Easy and fast fix.

Open your game folder ("SteamLibrary -> steamapps -> common -> Medal of Honor Airborne").

Open UnrealEngine3 -> Binaries -> right click on MOHA -> properties -> compatibility
->Compatibility mode -> Run this program in combatibility mode for ->
Windows XP (Service Pack 2) or Windows XP (Service Pack 3) or Windows 7

You can delete moha_setup if combatibility settings didn´t work.

(Medal of Honor Airborne -> UnrealEngine3 -> Binaries)
-> right click on moha_setup and delete it
