This is exactly the same as the gun found here: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1197381763

However I made the following adjustments:

-Fixed the vgui icon so it isn't as janky.
-Recompiled using updated m249 animations so the thirdperson is now holding it correctly (not misaligned).
-Fixed the floating suppressor! Should be attached to end of the barrel now.
-Moved the third person laser/flashlight attachment to match the firstperson location. You probably wouldn't notice this if I didn't say anything.
-Someone pointed out the mag cloth didn't match on the world model. This is fixed, but it's fragile, do not shake!

Please let me know if there are any other issues.

in the loadout screen the suppressor floats infront of the barrel

You are right to suspect the delta animations.

You have to edit the .qc as when you decompile it, crowbar kinda adds some weird stuff. Look for the delta ironsight, etc. lines and you should see there are subtract commands. Delete those and recompile... there is some guess and check for sure.

so my other question is

i took this model and put a 200 round mag on it from sandstorm , it works and is textured in game except when i aim down sights the camera doesnt look through the sights but instead straight ahead , wtf :(

yes on the first person view the mag bag is greenish and on world model its gray lol thats what i was pointing out
