Worldmap Diplomacy 4.5 - 500 pop Cap (w/ Hero Resurrection)

V4.5 brings a few new additions to the previous scenario

-The population cap has been raised to 500 up from the max of 200< (v4.4)
-Naval Reduction for less dominance<<<
-The North pole landmass has been reduced
-(v4.4) HEROES (simply bring a monk to a skeleton on the map to ressurect him, these heroes are not a game changer, they are just a simple addition)
-*The starting diplomacy is default set to neutral from starting as all enemy*
-The position of ships have been changed, once again


In the near future, i will be adding in:

-Random occurance of natural disasters. (by random i mean, wont happen every game in the same place, and can be very unexpected)
-More heroes if the beta version is liked, possibly make them stronger as well
-More landmass for more land building and battles.
-A different Nerfing strategy to Navy/War ship damage to lower naval/water domination

Any additional ideas you have will be reviewed by me and potentially implemented,
