This Deagle has been around the block a few times, but she's a tough old bird and if you ever need to punch a few holes in some infected skulls accept no substitute.

The "shiny" look you are experiencing is is caused by a video setting on your end known as effect detail. If you go into your graphics options and set the effect detail to medium that polished chrome look will disappear

I like this skin, but with all the other skins you do, it shares one flaw. It's a bit too shiny.
