Widowmaker/Sword of Khaine as an Enchanted Item

Beskrivning
Makes the Widowmaker into an enchanted item so you can keep using whatever dope unique weapon your lord has already that thematically fits them.

I feel while this may upset the balance of things a little, it does fit the lore of the Widowmaker, as it conforms to each user in a unique manner. So logically it would transform into something similar to whatever weapon the lord already uses and it would boost attributes similar to the weapon the lord uses while still giving an insane power boost.

I accomplished this by allowing you to keep your unique weapon equipped while still getting the power boost of the Widowmaker by turning it into a enchanted item. Short and simple but I feel it fulfills a good niche.

I assume this is not save game compatible? I tried it mid game and it's still showing as a weapon. Although I subbed to the mod while the weapon is already equipped on a lord so that might also be the reason.

I actually already have a Sword of Khaine as a Talisman mod published and a Sword of Khaine as Armor. As for compatibility with the penalty removing mod, it should be. They don't edit the same tables afaik. I'd have to download the mod and look for myself but I'm like 99% sure they don't even remotely edit the same tables as that is probably an entirely separate ability.

sorry to bother but can we maybe also get a sword of khaine as talisman instead, so I can fully equip my Malekith with all the gear.

Is this mod compatible with a mod that changed the sword of khaine to have no more penalties?

I ran a campaign last night with this mod enabled. The Widowmaker changed slots appropriately and the game didn't crash so it *should* be working as intended. Alarielle was running around with it like a nutter most of the time murdering everyone for no damn reason.

So I tested it. I ran three custom battles as NoPants, one without her mount and two with her mount. I also started her campaign and did the first battle too, just for shits and giggles. I didn't get any issues with my game at all. I obviously cannot 100% promise it's not my mod, but that doesn't sound like my mod is at fault.

I completely remade it from the ground up this update and the absolute only things my mod edits now is just the 3 entries for the 3 stages of the Sword of Khaine and nothing else.

If I were to offer any troubleshooting tips I'd say try completely purging your steam workshop folder of all mods, uninstalling Total Warhammer 2, manually deleting any remaining files in the Total Warhammer 2 folder after you uninstall it, and then reinstalling your game fresh after that.

If it's still somehow crashing the game in custom battles with NoPant's after all that I'd say just make sure you disable my mod if you want to do a custom battle with NoPant's.
