This is only an example particle effect for the Particle Effect guide, this only shows up in particle effect selection if you are subbed to rexxars particleemitter mod.

Look for PEtest in the selection list: it's a dim electric arc

For obvious reasons, I now want a big fancy particle beam weapon, with big fancy particle effects.
