Download the mod package:

Navigate to Steam folder (<STEAM>/steamapps/common/ShiningResonanceRefrain)
- Open DeltaPatcher
- Make backup of drg022.cpk
(Either manually or click cog icon in patcher then make sure to rename file to what it should be)
- Select the file drg022.cpk in the game folder.
- Select srr_ds4prompts.xdelta patch from the zip.
- Apply patch.

Uninstalling mod
Assuming you made a backup as suggested, just place that back. Done.
