I found this list of the Switch achievements and you can reveal the descriptions for the hidden ones. They match the Steam versions by the looks of it.
I don't remember which ones are all hidden anymore and it's hard to tell once you achieve them, but here are some:
Back to Basics - Finish a Trial after you've encountered a lich. (play the tutorial again after you beat Herx or the twins)
Rust In Peace - Die from the effects of having a cold boiler as a true Automaton. (starve to death)
Lockjaw - Cause a Mimic to die using Lock spell damage.
Most of the achievements not listed here are for interactions with the DLC races, possible to unlock without owning it, they seem fairly straightforward in their descriptions but I don't plan on expanding on these any time soon as it would take way too long and I don't even own the DLCs.
Patched exploits are the other kind of misinformation here, I'll try to verify which ones were fixed but it seems like the devs got most of them, I wish they had kept them since none of them were game breaking and patching them just made some achievements harder.
Ring of conflict - did NOT give me the achievement.
Charm monster - did NOT give me the achievement.
Confuse - DID give me the achievement.
