Crysis C.E.L.L NPC/Playermodel Pack Redux

Originally made by Professor Heavy, I decided to merge his Crysis 2 and 3 packs into one, and fix various errors with the original.

Included in the Pack are the Crysis 2 Assault Operatives (the guys in white hex camo), The Crysis 3 Soldiers (The guys in green camo), and the CBRN from Crysis 3 in one convienent package.

Fixes:
Combine NPCs now use Combine Animations, fixing them T-Posing or firing weapons inaccurately.
Cell01 and Cell08 have been restored, fixing any animation errors they previously had.
NPCS now use name from the game, based off of what I could find from the wikia.
Fixed typos in LUA so no error models spawn for playermodels or NPCS.

Playermodels were untouched, no C_hands at all, sorry I don't know how to make them.

Weapons used in Screenshot were Rougex100's Titanfall NPC weapons
