If you are getting the "distance too short" error, just turn on road anarchy and it will let you place it. If you don't know what road anarchy is, then you should definitely figure that out before you worry about placing this park.

Anyone having the issue where most the features arent there. All the passages appear as a cement lot with some chairs?

I cant place it. I have the same problem like the other ones. What is the difference btw this passage and the other passages? please tell me how to place it.

I too have the "too short" issue and read to ignore it, it still won't let me place it, I only have it with a few of them, some are fine
