Life will so much easier.

1. Preparations:
You need a field medic, but its rather simple to get one just make one char healing and he will become one.
You also need a fair amount of healing kits, but that's also simple, just loot k.o.ed people.
That way you will also get your hands on interesting stuff (like the colored small backpack, wich has no disadvantages in battle).
2. To get "raw" Material
Wait outside a city or, if you have a party already, walk around and look for foes.
3. Avoid negative consequences
Make sure they will give the first blow, that way fighting them will not affect your faction status.
3.5.
Once your faction relationship is better than -10 (-9 or higherlike -8;0 or even positive numbers) they will stop attacking you, if you want it even higher than that, then you should following a party of the factions in question and wait for them getting attacked.
4. Heal your Enemys
If the faction, you want to be affected, has wounded members, then heal them, this will give your relationship a big temporally boost and a small permanent boost.
5. Use public beds
If you pick them up and put them in public beds, it will you still cost money but the boosts will even bigger. Even a -50 faction won't attack you after that for a short while.

Beware, if you use your own beds they will get stuck and invincible, counter measurement: save and reload the game.
5.5 Hostile Factions
If they are hostile factions (foes with everyone) that tactic will be extremely efficient, because the guards will be there before the person in question will get up.
5.5.1 Pick up people to prevent unexpected deaths
Just heal him afterwards and pick him up (that's also prevents them from dying, unexpected deaths are the worst problem here) and its best to wait until he is almost healed.
5.5.2 Useing Hostile Faction to raise your Relationship within Citys
You can use there another exploit to raise the relationship in the city your are now.
In "Mr. Floppys" the bed (seen from the entrance) on back wall on the left side is bugged, putting one there may cause him to get up and invincible and stuck, slaying all around him (which you can heal and put in other beds)
Result
If you do as said above, no bandits or thiefs nor ninjas will be troubling anymore.
Disclaimer:
I haven't been at war with other than the hostile factions, so I can't verify if that's also working that way and that well with other factions.

Hello there, nice guide. I wanna ask, there is a limit to the maximun amount of relationship that you can gain healing factions npc? I ask becouse i can remonve the negative relationship, but i can only gain a plus 5 in postive relationships.

It's not really an exploit, more of all an intended feature actually; Except it's more of all a canonical exploit, instead of a game loophole, as con artists sometimes do a similar thing IRL.

Didn't realize it had been that long already.

Well, it was only meant to be about the relationships ... and that is probably outdated as well, didn't play it for a long time. The main reason that this works (or worked?) is because if you are in good standing to a faction they won't do bad things to you, and because if you a friends to one faction that doesn't impact your ability to become friends with another

(I know my suggestion doesn't have anything to do with faction-relationships, but I figured it'd go well in your exploitation-guide)

A new exploit you can add to the list:
In the more recent versions of Kenshi, you can purchase buildings in towns (the smallest cost 2.000c).
Build an armour-chest and a weapons-locker inside your new home.
If you then go ahead and steal from the town merchants, and place your looted armour and weapons in your new caches, it will remove the "Stolen"-tag on your loot, and it is possible to sell it back to the very merchant you stole it from.
(it's an effective way to train thieves, and keeping a single character in any large town, can yield a steady supply of cats...)
Keep in mind, the common storage chest (the one which allows you to toss in any items) won't work, it has to be a container restricted to certain item types.

Not sure if the developers are aware, or working on fixing it, but for now it works :)

@alemismun I dunno what is up your view, but I still see my text. Not that much per section, but enough.
Anyway that was written for a much earlier version and I haven't played for a while so I dunno what is still valid.
