About this addon
This addon replaces crowbar, Glock, .357, MP5, SPAS, crossbow, RPG, Tau Cannon, Gluon Gun, Hivehand, grenade, tripmine, satchel, M2 Browning, TOW and mortar sounds with original ones from Half-Life.

Compatibility State
This addon works perfectly without any additional tweaks. No manual installation is required.

Installation
To install this addon just press the Subscribe button and wait for it to download. If you are already in-game, restart the game for addon to load. If you encounter some problems with the addon, it is recommended to install it manually. Just follow the steps below:
  1. Subscribe to this addon through Steam Workshop.
  2. Go to the main folder of the game (\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Black Mesa\bms\).
  3. Create a folder and name it custom.
  4. Open gameinfo.txt located in the bms folder and add the following line at the top of the Search Paths section: game+mod bms/custom/* (See Setting up a "Custom Folder" guide for clarification).
  5. Navigate to \Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\362890\1431092797\.
  6. Copy Half-Life_Weapons_Sounds.vpk file and paste it in your custom folder (\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Black Mesa\bms\custom\).

Hey guys! If you only want sounds for a specific weapon, open teh vpk with gfscape, go into the sonds/weapons/mp5 folder, and copy-paste the sounds for that weapon into a directory in bms/custom/sound/weapons/mp5. you can hand-pick the sounds you want, for example i want the mp5 firing sound, but only that and nothing else. Copy "single1.wav", "single2.wav", "single3.wav" and "single_npc.wav" (the npc.wav makes HECU's guns make the same sounds as yours) and there you have it!

hasH, its because (i think) half life 1's crowbar sounds were only one sound.
