The Exford Hotel, a landmark pub in Chinatown, Melbourne Australia.

with a license dating back to 1854, the present pub was rebuilt c. 1913, and to this day offers a traditional pub atmosphere, backpacker rooms upstairs, Indie Disco events, as well as a 24 hour bottle shop!


All my assets are free for you to use, and it's payment enough just see people subscribing and using them, but they do take a lot of my free time to make and upload, so any small donation you might be able to make really helps me continue to make more, as does a rating or thumbs up!

@Jensoo thanks! might be because I used 2048 px UV maps to fit in extra detail, maybe a bit excessive, though I figure acceptable given its a once use building!

Looks cool! It has a huge file size for such a small building, though.
