Teleportation Mod

Description :
You can define 24 teleportation point. Each point will save the player location and the rotation (camera view angle). For each point, you can define an icon and a label (description). The description can contain 20 characters (max length = 20).

Tooltips :
- Left click : on empty slot to create a teleportation point
- Left click : on defined slot to teleport
- Right click : modify the icon and the description of teleportation point or delete it.
- Key "T" : open the teleportation book
- Key "T" or "Escape" : close/hide the teleportation book
- You ca change the key to open or close teleportation book

A few days ago, I decided to come back to conan exiles.
So, i decided to update the mod.

The last version of this mod is 2.1.2.
This mod is too old. So, a new teleport mod is under construction.
In few days, I will publish the version 3.0.0
