I will show you how to install addons lets start!
1.go to your hard drive OS (C:)/Program Files (x86)/Steam/SteamApps/common/left 4 dead 2/left 4 dead 2 (again)/Addons
2.Extract the Vpk. file you want there
3.Done!

How i download on vpkme?,L4dmaps?,Steam workshop,Gamebanana?

Vpkme.com Click Download now then Download this vpk. on Vpkme.com.
L4dmaps.com Click Download and then click Download if you have an account on that page click the second box and if you dont click the first one.
Steam Workshop Search your Addon and then click on subscribe it will automatically Download.
Game Banana select your addon and then click download nad it will download

I dont have the addons folder help!
-Search slowly
-Re-install L4D2

how do i Re-install
-Go to library select L4D2 delete local content (the game will stay on library but need to Re-install)

Does the addons includes sounds,menus,background etc..
-Some addons DONT include sounds,menus,background Etc...
-Some addons includes sound,menus,background Etc..

Re-instala L4D2

No se como descargar en L4dmaps,Vpkme,Steam Workshop

L4Dmaps solo le das a Download y le das al Primero q dice gameservers.
Vpkme Seleccionas el addon y le das a download now y le das a Download on vpkme.
Steam Workshop seleccionas el addon y te subscribes al addon y se descarga automaticamente.

mine did not install onto the game, if you encounter the same issue- after extracting it into add ons make sure you open the file that is now in add ons and click on the vpk file it will then install it into the game.
