Simply fly to the top right corner. You can't take any damage there.

Go AFK.

Come back in a little bit.

The game will have started to slow down (frame rate drops etc) after a while due to increasing number of enemies I guess.

Just Alt+F4 to close the game.

Then repeat the process.

Note: When I came back the first time it was on around achievement 2000 or so.
