So pretty much here's the rundown of classes:

Soldier: Spawns with gun/ammunition
Farmer: Spawns with farming tool
Salaryman: Spawns with secret survival kit
Police: Spawns with gun/ammunition
Medic: Spawns with medicine and survival kit

Ignore all of that. The classes spawn with nothing.

HOWEVER! The farmer is the best class, no question. Choose it.

DO NOT AIM DOWN SIGHTS WITH ANY GUN! Most cover the crosshair (which doesn't work btw) and make it so you can't hit a clean shot.

(also don't be discouraged if you have to use 50 shots to kill someone, the guns do like 2 damage)
