I figured this out trying to find a workaround for a bug so I could actually fight Oboro for the achievement.

Use any of this at your own risk ! I didn't actually test all of this.
Since this game neither has a multi player mode
nor uses VAC it should be save to use ban-wise.(I'll update / delete this guide if i recivie one)

1)

Locate you Karate Master 2 folder
(inside your steam folder \steamapps\common\Karate Master 2 Knock Down Blow)

Always make back-ups of the files you are about to edit !
You might want to close the game as well. Just in case.

2)
Choose the save solt you want to edit
(eg KMslot1.sav)
right click it and select [open with...]
select Editor,Notepad or whatever .txt editor you use.

3)
Right at the top you got:

Don't use this guide :D
The game is short enough as it is. Two entire playthroughs and this guide took me like 12 hours.
Vanilla style.

I recommend just getting some cash at the start so you can dedicate your life to Karate and not
to driving a forklift.
