You ever wanted to see literally any country have a faction?

This mod adds an event that happens after the second day starts that gives every country the ability to create and join factions, as well as the ability to puppet in peace deals (ai still might avoid it because it was unchanged but they have the ability)

The event works with most mods, the ones I know don't work are owb and new millennium dawn

Also, seeing as it adds only an event, the mod won't ever actually be outdated, so updates might be delayed
