Yes, it has. But maybe they aren't as adaptable as the pickup's sprites.

Eh, I dug around in the game's "assets.pak" file and I'm pretty sure the sedan has the same amount of sprites available(in all the same positions too, it seems) as the pickup. So it should be about the same amount of effort.

I dont know, those vehicles have way less models. I could adapt the truck models in a way they fitted pretty well, but I'm not sure if the same is possible with the sedan. You should try
