From a quick preview, it looks good. I would suggest maybe making the perk icons move to the right a little (the dark box), largen it in terms of height so you see the perk better and move the perk effects text slightly to the right. Also, seems to cut off the text on the buttons at the bottom.

Just some quick bits ;)

You gonna bring over the M99 changes too? Namely keep the stats but just charge 5k for 1 bullet? ;) /sarcasm. Looking good/bad though. Looking forward to trying it out
