Old stone quay - Plain fenced

The old stone quay - plain with a fence so your citizens don't fall down. Comes in a dirty version as well for those shorelines.

To place on land you'll need Quay Anarchy. When placed on land the game doesn't know which way to face the fence (since there's no water side). Either remove the wrong bits and place them again or wiggle the nodes a bit with MoveIt.

Fence will be released as a prop and a fence network as well once I'm done with the quays.
