THAT would be possible, as I've used that mod for a seperate achievement.

My bad for misreading the achievement description. The Improved Bots (Advanced) allows you to play with bots only in versus as well, i still remember getting the achievement with only bots. You can try it once to prove it possible or not.

It has to be done within a versus game, although I cannot PROVE this is a wrong method I would believe this doesn't work as it states you must do it in a versus match.

I think you can do it solo, no players needed.

1. Subscribe to Improved Bots (Advanced).
2. Play a singleplayer game Advance or above. Make sure there's no console cheats.
3. Find defib + Bilejar/Pipebomb + adrenaline shot and attempt to rush ahead of bots (Don't get killed).
4. Reach saferoom, get in and shut the door ahead of the bots.
5. Only get out when all bots are dead or fighting SI and zombies.
6. Get high with adrenaline, throw throwables, eliminate all zombies and defib dead bots.

Correct me if this method doesn't work.

I found the best way to get a defib quickly was on the first chapter of Hard Rain found in the ambulance.
