Rejuvenate Surgery

Opis
Adds the Rejuvenate surgery, a way to reduce your colonists biological age.
On success the procedure will make the patient 10% younger.
For players who want to take their time and create the perfect colony.
Also eases matchmaking since if age difference > 10 years colonists are much less likely to become lovers.
This advanced procedure can only be performed by a Skilled Professional (10) and requires two glitterworld Medicines.
The colonist Medical Care setting must allow use of glitterworld medicines.
Only works on human colonists, not animals.
A very small chance of failure exists, with the effect of ageing twice as much instead.

Thanks is a great mod, though it'd be cool if there was an option to use it on animals.

@CMTD probably the mod was disabled since i only updated it yesterday. If its enabled and does not show, check the requirement. I tested it yesterday and seemed to be working fine.

With the 1.5 version up, I don't see Rejuvenate Surgery in the surgery plan, I checked the Rejuvenate Surgery mode folder and didn't see anything except the About folder, could it be my problem?

Added compability tag for 1.5. No changes in the mod itself.
