I came across these characters by playing around with the character selection screen. You can unlock each of them from the beginning of the game with no progress made.
How To Get Them
You can unlock each of these, from my experience, by tapping the selection button (the one that makes the character's square turn gray) repeatedly on one of the 4 starting characters, the director, or the survivor.

Multiple taps, as Grim said. Nice easter egg though. Also works with Survivor and Director.

Actually , it is multiple clicks to change their 'skins' but hey, awesome find man.

The other locks character have another skins :), for example the survivor
