Gameover Cutscenes Guide [SPOILERS]
By Prios
For finding the "game-overs" that have images beyond the initial transformation, or that are full-fledged "cutscenes."

By the way
I found most of these by referencing the guide by 狼少. (I am as monolingual as Queen Elizabeth's parrot, but I used Google Translate.) If you like this guide, or even if you don't, it would be awfully nice of you to go to their guide and vote it up.

Almost all QTE attacks (the ones requiring you to mash space or left-right keys) have some kind of cutscene when you fail them, but they're so obvious and impossible to miss that I haven't listed how to get them.
Starting Area
  1. Touch the goo on the wall in the initial room. (Only activates after several tries. Can't be triggered after blob appears.)
  2. Be caught by the white blob in the initial room.
  3. Stay on the balcony for a long time.
  4. Repeatedly enter and exit the fourth room in the hallway.
  5. Be caught by the white knight.
  6. Be caught by the domestic cat. (Not a full-screen scene.)
Dark Latex Offices (After the game's opening)
  1. Investigate the pile of boxes in the room with the floor robot.
  2. Be caught by first dark latex creature you see (a male).
  3. Pick up the mask on the desk.
Flying Dark Latex Nest
  1. Be caught by a flying dark latex monster in the first room of their nest.
  2. Touch the black crystal just before the boss (near the eastern end of the three-unit-wide slide).
  3. Touch a green crystal spawned by the boss. (Not a full-screen scene.)
  4. Touch the black crystal in the hallway following the boss battle (different cutscene from the previous black crystal).
Library
  1. Push some of the boxes on the balcony, exit to the Big Tree room, and immediately return to the balcony. Do all this repeatedly until you're given the option to "slide past." Choose it.

(Side note: Puro will exclaim his disbelief if you step into a white puddle in the same Library room as him.)
Darkened Maze
  1. Stay in the channel at the entrance to the maze for a long time (the one that gets darker towards the southern end and lighter towards the north).
  2. Push aside a box in the room where Puro calls to you through a vent (shortly after being chased out of the dark maze). Open the box you get access to.
Vents
  1. Succumb to the gas. Pretty hard to miss unless you're really enthusiastic about F12.
  2. In the room where Puro orders the dog away, investigate the vent at the upper right. (If Puro is present, he'll save you from being transformed. To get rid of him, exit the room at the upper left, then re-enter.)
The Water Level
  1. Enter deep water with sharks nearby (deep water areas have a darker color).
  2. Be caught by the tiger shark (the shark boss). (Not a full-screen scene.)
  3. After outlasting the tiger shark, climb up onto the northern shore and wait a few seconds instead of exiting through the door.
  4. In the room just west of the dog-squid boss room, enter the small patch of lighter-shaded shallow water between the larger areas of deeper water. (Thanks to Latex Lycanroc for finding this!)
  5. Get caught by anything in the dog-squid boss room.
  6. Enter deep water with dog-squids nearby.
Puro's Decision
If Puro isn't completely loyal to you at this point, here he will either assimilate you or, if his loyalty is really low, absorb you. Both outcomes have different cutscenes.
Upper White Latex Office
  1. Be caught by a white latex beast, or walk into one of their puddles.
  2. Walk into a white latex pillar.
  3. Re-enter the first white latex room from the balcony. (Puro will stop you from doing this if he's on the balcony, but you can get him to leave by entering the next area and doubling back.)
Holding Cell / Observation
  1. Be caught by the headless white knight.
The Wrath of K
Dr. K will attack Puro "off camera" while you escape from the holding cell. If Puro's self-confidence (happiness? determination?) isn't maxed, the game will end once you reach them (with cutscenes!).
The Lobby
Press Escape.

INDUSTRIAL SOCIETY AND ITS FUTURE
Introduction

1. The Industrial Revolution and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race. They have greatly increased the life-expectancy of those of us who live in “advanced” countries, but they have destabilized society, have made life unfulfilling, have subjected human beings to indignities, have led to widespread psychological suffering (in the Third World to physical suffering as well) and have inflicted severe damage on the natural world. The continued development of technology will worsen the situation. It will certainly subject human beings to greater indignities and inflict greater damage on the natural world, it will probably lead to greater social disruption and psychological suffering, and it may lead to increased physical suffering even in “advanced” countries.

2. The industrial-technological system may survive or it may break down. If it survives, it MAY eventually achieve a low level of physical and psychological suffering, but only after passing through a long and very painful period of adjustment and only at the cost of permanently reducing human beings and many other living organisms to engineered products and mere cogs in the social machine. Furthermore, if the system survives, the consequences will be inevitable: There is no way of reforming or modifying the system so as to prevent it from depriving people of dignity and autonomy.

3. If the system breaks down the consequences will still be very painful. But the bigger the system grows the more disastrous the results of its breakdown will be, so if it is to break down it had best break down sooner rather than later.

4. We therefore advocate a revolution against the industrial system. This revolution may or may not make use of violence; it may be sudden or it may be a relatively gradual process spanning a few decades. We can’t predict any of that. But we do outline in a very general way the measures that those who hate the industrial system should take in order to prepare the way for a revolution against that form of society. This is not to be a POLITICAL revolution. Its object will be to overthrow not governments but the economic and technological basis of the present society.

5. In this article we give attention to only some of the negative developments that have grown out of the industrial-technological system. Other such developments we mention only briefly or ignore altogether. This does not mean that we regard these other developments as unimportant. For practical reasons we have to confine our discussion to areas that have received insufficient public attention or in which we have something new to say. For example, since there are well-developed environmental and wilderness movements, we have written very little about environmental degradation or the destruction of wild nature, even though we consider these to be highly important.

The name Fat Man refers to the early design of the bomb because it had a wide, round shape. Fat Man was an implosion-type nuclear weapon with a solid plutonium core. The first of that type to be detonated was the Gadget in the Trinity nuclear test less than a month earlier on 16 July at the Alamogordo Bombing and Gunnery Range in New Mexico. Two more were detonated during the Operation Crossroads nuclear tests at Bikini Atoll in 1946, and some 120 were produced between 1947 and 1949, when it was superseded by the Mark 4 nuclear bomb. The Fat Man was retired in 1950.

"Fat Man" (also known as Mark III) is the codename for the type of nuclear bomb that was detonated over the Japanese city of Nagasaki by the United States on 9 August 1945. It was the second of the only two nuclear weapons ever used in warfare, the first being Little Boy, and its detonation marked the third nuclear explosion in history. It was built by scientists and engineers at Los Alamos Laboratory using plutonium from the Hanford Site, and it was dropped from the Boeing B-29 Superfortress Bockscar piloted by Major Charles Sweeney.
