Beskrivning
A scenario of the final battle between the Tamil Tigers and the Sri Lankan Army in 2009 centred around No Fire Zones established by the Sri Lankan Govt.

**** EARLY DEVELOPER PREVIEW ****

The scenario is a duel, head to head proxy war between India and Sri Lanka. The Tamil Tigers are not a playable faction but repurposed barbarians.

Currently The Khmer pose as Sri Lanka; the city-states as the no fire zones. The scenario is a map that must be setup/configured manually as follows:

Configuration
===========
Start era: Information Era
Map size: Duel
City-states: 3
Playable civs: India/Gandhi & The Khmer (Sri Lanka)
Turns: 75 or 100

**** TODO ****

Victory Condition
==============
Control the 3 city states by end of game.
Lose if the 3 city states become free cities. (i.e. Tamil Eelam declares independence).

I think I will make this a HUMANKIND scenario (mod) b'cos it has DMZs as a feature. (Also I have lost interest in Civ VI)

is this under scenarios or do you open a cetain map because i cannot find this
