I couldn't find any usable Japanese district style
The number of households is very low, so despite them occupying quite a large space, they don't have "room" for many cims.
This makes it so you can sprawl large cities without a lot of people, thus giving the impression the city is much larger than it actually is.
The issue is that if you want to place these manually (as you need to do because some of them have issues with spawning/growing), it takes a looooooong time to place them all manually. After placing like 200 of these in two big blocks for my city I noticed the population only went up to like 1000, which is nothing...
