More hotkeys (v.47)

This mod adds a new row of ten hotkeys above the existing row, mapped to F1-F10 by default but remappable by changing the "Function 1" through "Function 10" keys.

V.28 is now compatible with both Lurker huds, though the level indicator from Lurker hud overlaps with the charge bar or the new row of hotkeys depending on whether you use the normal or lite version of Lurker.

V.33 now has a working popup menu on the new hotkey bar, anyone who wanted to remove skills before but couldn't should be able to now, just click the hotkey slot you want to clear.
