I think the guide was just poorly worded or poorly translated in english - for the assassin thing, you need the recipe paper. I kept looking at the beed sheet and the carpet :)) Just take the recipe/note and look closely on the lower part. No clicking.

There are 20 endings so why does this guide only have 13? You need to change the title to be achievement guide not ALL ENDINGS guide.

@Dracophix: you don't need to turn the sheet of paper over - the number is hidden in plain sight. Look towards the bottom of the sheet when in full view: in smallprint and in the same (one of the darker hues) color of the paper the number is displayed.

For the strangers achievement you have to press restart and NOT MOVE ANYTHING AT ALL.
Just to be safe do not even move your mouse.
Let it idle for about 7 and a half minutes and you'll get the achievement.

For those who might be confused,

The water in the kitchen is on the same table as the knife, just spam click around that area because the object does NOT look anything like a bottle of water (It's blue and rectangular).

For the assassin achievement you don't need to find the sheet or interact with it, just call the number when the police comes. (I never figured out how to turn the sheet over to see the number anyway).

Make sure that you put the ingredients in the pot in this specific order, WATER, GREEN ACID, BLUE LIQUID, RED LIQUID and THEN the drug. Light up the stove with the lighter to get the achievement.

Oh and press E to use an object on yourself.
