Hard to explain but for me it is just unrealistic, I mean whole animation look slowier than it should be. Maybe try to speed up some sequences. I'm not animator but I can say you are missing some detail animations such as some vibrations when realisng mag or sth like this. Now it is really pure like in old shooters. Try to make it a little shaky and shake camera a bit. Peace!

to be specific the IN / PUSH / TAP

looks great but after mag is in, each step seems the exact same lenght , maybe faster the last one ? so it's a bit more nervous .
