Scroll of Enigma - Teleport For All v2 (v.13)

I've just cobbled this together over the last day or two, with my complete modding inexperience. I figured adding a teleport skill any class could use would be fun.

Currently the item 'Spell: Enigma' should spawn from level 76 or higher monsters (like most tier 6 skill scrolls).
It has about a 1% drop chance out of the Spells spawn class, so it'll be an uncommon drop but not as uncommon as Repel or Bee Swarm. Not sure how often it will appear at appropriate leveled vendors though.

For those of you who would like to forcibly spawn it, enter 'ITEM Enigmatic Scroll,1' into the console.


v2 - Realised the spell name was nowhere near unique enough. Re-uploaded mod as anybody out of the uh, 15~ subscribers who had actually had the spell would have gotten their characters spell slots permanently broken when it updated. - Hopefully this works.
