There's also this multi-step process to unlock a door across from one of the utility closets. In order to do so you have to go down to the basement, press a button, go back to the elevator and press a button that became available, go back to the other button to find the two hatches that opened. Take the controller like thing back upstairs, press e on the phone next to the door across from the utility closet and put the controller in there to open the door.
If you mean how some props have this obnoxious shine to them that's from only adding HDR. When updating I forgot you had to also run LDR, been on my to-do list to fix but I've yet to get around to it.
