For this maneuver you will require a piece of track incorporating a junction leading into a set of parallel lines. A single locomotive should be should be used for the drifting itself.

To begin the maneuver approach the junction in the direction of the parallel lines. Increase your speed and hold steady until the front wheelset of the locomotive has passed the switching point.



Once this point has been reached flip the switch to toggle the junction.



As the rear end of the locomotive begins to roll along the opposing track from the front begin playing the song 'Initial D - Deja Vu' (starting from 1:04 is recommended)


Once you have fully cleared the junction you are now Multi-track Drifting. You may wish to call you mother, girlfriend or wife into the room to marvel in your accomplishment.
