Note: I started this asset over a year ago and I am excited to finally release a public version. Thanks to Ronyx69 AnimUV Params Mod I was able to get the lights to appear like in the movie. Although this building is not a replica as it was too difficult to find dimensions of the original model used. So I have instead mainly modeled this asset off the Plaza Hotel & Casino in Las Veges which is the real building that the model from the movie was based from.

@Crazyglueit -- I would have never found this. I stumbled on it while searching for props. Are you aware that you categorized this as a Prop and not a Unique Building?

Hi @Crazygluelt, I already have one of your mod a casino, and I like this one too, I only have one question if you can help me, what happens if I dont subs on AnimUV Params? I menas, will I be able to place the building in the same way without this extension? I ask this because some mods I use without add-ons like air ducts, or glass fix to see objects from far away and the buildings still work. So the question would be this if it would still work at least on the basics of receiving the cims inside it.

Ughhh i love your models but the ones I want to be commercial low are Unique buildings, and the ones I want to be unique buildings are parks XD
