GEG - Reduced Damage Modification

Optional file that changes damage of ammunition in GEG - Give Everybody Guns mod.

Damage and penetration was halved for all ammunition (reduction of 50% from original value). Shock values are unchanged.

With current damage settings it feels every weapon kills with almost one shot, making the game too easy; with this modification the weapons are still strong to unprotected torsos, but limb shots aren't as effective anymore, so you need to be more accurate in your aiming. The penetration reduction also made vests more useful and AP ammunition more necessary.

Enemies usually have about 60 to 80 health points, so they can still be heavily damaged by the new settings, but now they have a better chance of surviving a few shots.

I'm up for adjusting these stats if they are too weak or if penetration is too low; feel free to post feedback in the comments.
