I don't know where I got this map originally, but I also found a very buggy single player version as well. I've now gone through and (hopefully) fixed all the single player bugs

The english isn't my fault, it's the original author's, I didn't edit any of the text.

Dunno, seems to be working for me. I uploaded it when HD first came out. I'll have to test it out again when i've got the time.
