Neighbourhood Street with ETT

This is Urbanist's Neighbourhood Street modified by me to feature Jeren's Elite Tram Tracks. For the fancy sales speak go check out the original asset! Uploaded with permission from Urbanist and Jeren.

Note 1: By default this road uses the small oak. In order to get trees similiar to the screenshots you will need Network Skins and a fancy tree of your choice. Screenshots use the Leafy Street Tree
Note 2: Network Extensions is only required for the tree planter prop the road works fine without it.
