Simple two way road with tram running on one side, useful for making loops at the end of lines. This version comes with Jeren's Elite Tram Tracks

Elite Tram Tracks are just the best. Wish we could replace all of them into these beauties!

Because as described they use the nicer "Elite Tram Tracks" instead of the ugly default ones. Zoom close and you will notice the difference.

Have been looking for this quite some time. Yery nice and definitely worth an upvote.
Yes, a version with trees would be nice too. Sometimes I create a loop through a residential area.

P.S. I noted that sometimes(?) I wasn't able to change the direction of the tram line. I had to switch the street to a one-way street first, reverse it, then change back to single sided tram.

I'm also digging around for one way tram street with trees. If you were able to create something along those lines I'd be extremely appreciative.

It is, but no trees! I haven't quite figured the assets editor or I'd just plunk them on myself. Many thanks, I totally missed that one!

I had thought this was a one-way tram road and got really excited...ha. Do you think you could create a 3-lane one-way road, one lane a dedicated tram, much like how you have this asset done? I route trams through a few roundabouts in my city and have noticed the traffic issues stemming from only having the two-lane one-way road. A two-lane one-way road with tram and trees would be super nice.

Downloaded all of your tram roads, very happy to have options with trees!
